Geothermal Heat Pump Retrofit Installation

What follows is an example of a 3-ton system with (2) 220-foot vertical loops, which took the driller two days to install.

  1. The 6” wide by 220’ deep bore holes were drilled, and the poly loop was installed
  2. ​​The trench was dug, and the loop was connected through the foundation to the Flowcenter.
  3. The propane furnace was replaced with a Heat Pump, the plumbing between the Flowcenter and the Heat Pump was installed, and the overall system tested.
